Fairly clean accommodation, efficient staff from check-in to the cleaning staff and back to the check-out. Opposite a train station, absolutely perfect and nice location. Found in a very pleasant part of the town. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel of choice in Leeuwarden.

Whole place was fairly clean with particularly good views; perfect and magnificent location close to everything. Location: the hotel was short walk to the historic centre as well as the main sights. Met very amiable stuff from check-in to the cleaning staff and back to the check-out.

The central location also means that it's just a pleasant walk into the town centre, allowing guests to explore the city easily. The rooms are equipped with very comfy beds and a great pillow choice, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the unexpected free minibar is a nice touch, adding to the overall value for money.

Leeuwarden is a fairly small town so it's easy to walk everywhere, so the location was fine. Breakfast is excellent, staff was friendly, rooms are spacious.
It was definitely not cheap... there are more economic choices around.

Good location across from rail/bus station and close to city centre; good food, and the balcony with our room was a nice addition.
Minor niggle, but the soap dispenser in the shower was empty on our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, everything was great and it's conveniently located near the city center, just a 10-minute walk away - and there's also a delicious breakfast available for EUR 15 per person.

The only complaint was the room was small and it was directly over the restaurant. Chairs were being moved all night long.
